The Tanzanian government has been struggling to increase employment rates in rural areas, but the number of unemployed is still high. I areas like Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Morogoro, and a little bit in Mbeya, jobs are still easy to find.
In other places like in Urambo district in the region of Tabora, finding a job is the hardest thing.
