- The president of South Sudan Salva Kir appointed 29 ministers out of 32 ministers on friday the 29th AUG.2011. The president maintained most of his care taker ministers with exception of the ministers of Road,Agriculture and the minister of Peace and CPA implementation.The president made sevral shifts of the ministers and maintained some in their previous position.
