- Today, we are on the 7th day , day for day that the population of the quarter of pays bas in the District of Gesco is plunged into a difficult water crisis that entails a “hunt for water” without rest. Starting by a lower distribution in water supply and many inopportune cuts during several days, we note that the shortage in water is now a crucial problem and an inevitable reality in this underequipped district of Gesco since the need in water increases along the time.
