- FACE THE KNIFE?* I believe that reason is a sovereign ruler, and I am concerned that it’s misruling the lead to run for circumcision in some communities of Kenya. Traditionally, the Luo do not circumcise their men. Instead, they have their own way to perform initiation rites by either six tooth removal or skin tattooing.
