Kenya's President Mwai Kibaki has met the country's top most security organ in a bid to review threats against the country by the recent outbreak of violence in Somalia. Women in the Lake Victoria region are now being targeted to fight poverty in a bid to achieve the Millennium Development Goal on eradication of poverty and hunger.
