Zambian Republican President Levy Mwanawasa has advised incumbent Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe to call off the presidential elections run off scheduled for June 27 this year. - He says the prevailing situation in Zimbabwe is not conducive for the holding of free and fair elections.
