- Today since morning the detainees of the based UN court in Arusha -Tanzania are experiencing the hunger strike . The reason are that ,the Prosecutor of the Un ICTR ,The International criminal tribunal for Rwanda based in Arusha had filled motion to transfer three detainees to Rwanda ,and allthe detainees are fearing the fate of their codetainees once in Rwanda due to human rights violations in that african country.
