We recently launched a new project called Voices of Africa.

A few AfricaNews.com journalists received advanced mobile phones. Now they are collecting pictures, videos and stories and publishing it to the website. All with the press of a button.

They do this without a computer or traditional internet connection. This is the first time something like this has happened in Africa.

So far we have done this in Kenya, Ghana, Mozambique and South Africa. Check out some examples if you didn't see the project.
