Many inhabitants in Kibwezi, eastern Kenya, are happy and relieved to have water near them thanks to the wonders of nature. Unlike many of their countrymen and women in rural Kenya, they do not walk distances before reaching a stream or water pool. However, this medal has two sides.
As this mobile report shows, beside hygienic concerns, water pools represent a risk of drowning especially for children.
