    After five years of prolonged drought in the area, pastrolists borrowed the idea from neighbouring areas, where other communities had started engaging into fish farming

    ‘We inherited cattle rearing from our ancestors but after drought we lost most of our livestock’, Mr. Abdullahi, a pastoralist, said.
