In an interview with Togbe Yevuyibor, one of the elders and the grandson of the late Yevuyibor, he stated that the fund will be used in development like school, road, potable drinking water and electricity. Before the festival started, libation was poured and sacrifice was made to appease the late Yevuyibor who was the first to bring farming to the village.

On his grave was a symbol of cock which signifies his effort to bring farming to Yevuyiborkope. Togbe Yevuyibor said, 'The cock signifies that, it is my grandfather who was the first to bring farming to the village'. Some delegates found were Togbe Kofi Tutu V, Mr Defor, South Togue District Cordinator, Mr Benjamin Yevuyibor Akpa, Francis Soglo, Mr Kofi Tekpo, Presiding member of North Togue District Assemble, and Togebega Kwadze Mortor Hadjor VI, the Quest of Honor.
