It was known that a hospital was going to come, but these were only words until a few days ago, when Dirk Kamp, a Dutch philanthropist laid down the foundation stone for the hospital. Kamp is the founder of Mesics, a charity whose presence in Meru, Kenya, has changed the lives of many.
