[VIDEO] Joy van Biljon is the training manager at Koue Bokkeveld Training Centre in Western Cape. Van Biljon says the training centre provides learnership programmes to farm workers and beneficiaries of the South African government's land reform program.
She says the centre was set up through money provided by the Potatoes South Africa a commodite organisation representing potato commercial farmers.
