Garson is a Tanzanian musician from Arusha and one of the leading figures in the hip hop band known as X-plasters. Like his colleagues, he like singing and producing songs, but once all the studio work has been done, there is no one to take the finished product to the market.
‘Once finished, I take my songs to the local radio station and to friends. And that is all’, he says. He adds that artists should be able to make benefit from their work.
