Four young and enthusiastic Ghanaians started a six-month mobile reporting training in early November. Kester Aburam Korankye , Francisca Nuvor, Edward Kwame Aklade from the capital Accra, and Psalm Mark from Tamale, followed first a three-day workshop on the basics of mo- bile reporting.
West-Africa regional coordinator, Nana Kofi Acquah, an experienced photo journal- ist, gave the training. Since then, the four Cam- era Journalists have been making and uploading reports on various issues, including the Swine Flu. The entire Voices of Africa Media Founda- tion wishes them good luck and is delighted to assist them on their way into their new career.
