The school which was established fifteen years ago, is left in a poor state of environment which is harmful to the health of the children.

During a visit to the school, one of them was found scouting in the mix of dirt urinating, while others too were comfortably drinking water.

The head teacher, Mr. Abdulah Ahmed Korambey, said ever since he took over since two years ago, they have not had any support from the government, even though he was told the school was under Ghana Education Service.

The school provides their own textbooks, and food from contribution made from some of the pupils. He said.

Some of them were also captured in a queue being served with rice for lunch which obviously lacks nutrients.

Madem Huseina Ibrahim, the kindergarten teacher said, she provides them with the food, whiles other children also help with fifty pesewa everyday to support. They lack quality infrastructure which makes the work difficult, she added.

They also stated that most of the teachers are voluntary worker and that they need help from all and sundry.
